Mounting apparatus for various electronic devices in most cars can be found at proclipusa.com. I used a mount and holder for a cell phone in my previous car that worked very well and was easy to install.

wondering the difficulty level of install for mounting a cell phone holder for someone with little experience as myself?

well pretty sure the person that posted the whole proclip thing is from their website trying to get u to buy stuff given his postcount is 1

but i believe those things are relatively easy kinda like slide in and go, unless u need to take apart the console and even so that's not too hard on our vehicles

I am not from ProClip. The cellphone installation in my 2004 Audi S4 was very easy as the website instructions demonstrate. My concern is whether a GPS would work when mounted lateral to the radio as would be required in our car.

Here are some various different brackets to help you mount your garmin in a convenient spot.. **** the screen.

That's genius. Much better than having to use the suction cup and leaving a dirty ring behind on my window. Thanks.
