For sure. Same here. It's a great dealership. They just need to put there parts department in their own building, instead of having it in the ford building.

I've noticed this for sometime on my car where I get the traffice updates but I cannot route around the traffic using the route detour function under the Nav. Tells me that a subscription is needed. I usually just use my phone for traffic updates anyway or good old fashion AM radio.

I never paid a dime for XM subscription ever since the purchase of my G... and I still have XM after two years of ownership. hahaha

I'm guessing that dealer activated the XM for 3 months free trial and never bothered to cancel it... or they may have pay for the life time membership, but that is unlikely... :/
