power window up/down problem

whats up guys n gals. im having issues with my windows. when i open either door the window slightly rolls down and when i close the door, the window does not roll back up. i even tried rolling the window up using the key in the door method and that didnt work either. i recently changed the vanity mirror bulbs, the door bulbs and the license plate bulbs. im thinking something happened when i disconnected the battery. has anyone ever had this issue? please fill me in on what to do, so that i do not have to go to the infiniti service dept. thanks in advance.
