This set-up is super clean. I've seen Lou's in person, and I gotta admit, i'm not that big of a sound guy, but this set-up was enough to make me consider getting it done.

If any of you socal guys are considering upgrading the audio but are worried about trunk space, forget the sub-box on the side and go with this set-up.

Did you cut out the back of the door panel to fit the 3" midrange? I only assume this because I was under the impression that the stock speaker fit within a closed cup like closure of the door panel. Am I misinformed?

How does it sound with your back seats up? Or did you take the back of the seats out?

this set up is with Image Dyanamics xs69s and what i installed on there is tweeter. You can either hot glue a 3.5 midrange or make a bracket for it to fit. Also, another option is to cut it.

about $2500 for the components(2 subs, 2 amps and set of components with 6x9 mid bass. All Image Dynamics. I don't know what others would charge for the install.

I can't take anymore pics, this was one of our customers cars. I will take some when mine is done. Its pretty much the same set up but my amp rack will be different since im using Zapco amps. My front stage (doors) im using Morel Elate 9's .3 way is super clean.

As for the 12, it won't fit with this set up. You might have to make a baffle board that further into the trunk. I also would not recommend the IDMAX if your thinking IB. I would look into the IDQV3 12'S that was just introduced. If your set up is for SQL, the IDQV3 is plenty. If you need help with your setup, let me know. I will be working with Matt and Eric at Image Dynamics on other IB projects for our other cars.

ID ALL THE WAY

thats going to be a nice setup for your car. the reason i wanna go with the IDMAX and IB is that ive heard couple of them and i liked it, the SQ was very good. if you have a shop i would love to come by a listed to couple of the cars.
