HD Radio possibility?

HD Radio possibility?
Anybody know if HD radio is a possibility? This is one thing I was disappointed Infiniti didn't include stock or in a package. I've got Premium Package; no Nav.

It's been done. I'm pretty sure it was on this forum....so try a search. I'll post a link if I can find it.
