Unhappy Bluetooth PDA/Smart Phone Compatability

Hi guys...

I have had my G37 for a little over month and trying to find a PDA that works correctly has been a pain. I've had 3 phones sprint mogul, Sprint touch, and Verizon Q9m. The sprint mogul sounds like the person is talking underwater and the person can't hear you while the motorola q9m disables your voice commands until a phoen calls comes in. I just find this very frustrating. I know infinity has a website for supported phones but they don't have any new/latest phone listed. Seems slow to update. In example the mogul is still being tested and it's been thzt way for awhile. I'm hoping someone can tell me what PDA is working in their g37 or any workarounds they have found for these phones.

Mogul works great for me. Sounds good to me. I just wish it was able to sync the phonebook with the G37.

I have the same issue with my mogul. The only way I cant get it to work is if I cancel the bluetooth connection by selecting to use the the headset, then pushing the phone button on the G after. If you do it too quick it will end the call. If anyone has found a way to fix this issue, it would be a great help!

The Samsung i760 through Verizon works great as well. Phonebook downloading sucks, it only does one contact at a time, and then it wipes out the last contact I downloaded! So I just put in some manual entries. But voice quality is really good, and it's very stable.

your tytn II connects to your G37 without any bluetooth issues?

For me it's HORRIBLE sound... I can barely hear the people on the other end and no one can hear me!!!

Ya I paired it and it worked. Had to input the security code but after that it worked. It connects to my phone when I turn the car on and gives me signal strength and battery indicator on the Nav display. I just cannot download my contacts lists and had to input then in individually.

Yah know.. I think it silly how long it takes for them to test phones. I'll be on to a new phone by the time they finish test.

I think that if enough of us complain about it, they will possibly put more research into making it work with pda's out there. Then they will make a software patch that fixes it, hopefully, let me know if anyone else is in on it...

Use mine Everyday, and even hooked up my iPhone to the iPod Cable and works flawlessly like a iPod
