there are lots of good brands out there. first you have to ask yourself how much bass do you want? do you want so much bass that you set car alarms off? or are you looking to bolster the lower end of your music? if you are a real sound nut check out fi audio (past owner of RE audio then sold it and started FI). if you want to read more into FI check out their website www.ficaraudio.com they have very good prices for custom hand made subs. i actualy have two 12s right now from them and i am very very happy. the most obvious brand people will suggest is JL. yes they are very awesome but they carry a higher price. another quality brand is diamond. ive had much experience with car audio. just within the past 6-8 months ive already been through 4 pairs of subs just to satisfy my needs. first i had alpine type r, then kicker solobaric l7, jl w3, rockford fosgate T1. now i am running the FI Q and couldnt be happier. best thing to do is go to a local car audio place and just hear the subs for youself and pick what you like. feel free to ask me any questions. good luck with your subs

I did it my self had a 04 coupe before so was familiar with the install and yes that is the zenenclousre for the g35 just had to mod the rear of it a lil to get it in the truck but looks as stock as the can be. its just s 10 w3 jls with a500/1 amp which is over kill espically if u have the SOW which is just missing a lil deep bass which this setup gives u. if ur going to just try and fill in bass like i did by not turning gain all the way up the dynamat isnt needed they designed this car for the sound to stay in better then the g35's in my opinion the same setup doenst rattle anythign where in my old coupe it had lil rattles here and there. Brand is all preferance i been through everything and jsut cme back to JL but i must admit apline has a mean subwoofer now but i am a JL guy. but u can go more high end but i still belive its all in brand preference and what sound your looking to achieve u can do a nice setup with a solo 10 and have a setup with a 15 and have it sound just the same all comes to the install and quality of it.

Well i want to loose as little space as possible. My installed at sound advice has a few good choices for me just undecided as to which one to go with. As far as the price, I have a friend who works at sound advice I took care of him when he wanted parts for his car and he took care of me when i wanted sound equipment.

i think for the w7 the issue is the air space it needs u can do a box mounted on the side of the trunk much liek the 4080 box but i think u need more air room or something in the spare tire area would be stealth mine doesnt take much usable room
