Wheel weights: 22.6 lbs per front; 24.2 lbs per rear
Tires: General G-MAX RS tires in 245/40/19 up front and 275/35/19 in the rear. Will go 255/285 next time.

Suspension: Tein Flex Z
Modifications needed: Used an air hammer to bend up the flange/bolt holding the rear bumper panel in place. Did not cut it. Trimmed rear fender liner. Swapping coilovers and will likely adjust the height and camber slightly to fit the rears better. Also swapping to +30 rears when they arrive (special order) and will update original post/make a second post to compare the offsets.

Wheel weights: 22.6 lbs per front; ~24.2ish lbs per rear Tires: Yokohama Advan Apex v601 - 245/40/19 front, 285/35/19 rear (went off of OEM NISMO wheel/tire specs) BBK Clearance: Yes, with plenty of room to spare Spacers needed: No Suspension: Tein Flex Z coilovers, SPC X-Axis rear camber arms (camber set to -2.1 all around) Modifications needed: Used an air hammer to bend up the flange/bolt holding the rear bumper panel in place. Did not cut it. Trimmed rear fender liner.
Pretty even front-to-rear stretch, and the diameters look identical from the eye. The rears are only .1" taller than the fronts, and will wear more evenly on that note. Highly recommend this over the 245/40 and 275/35 combo most people here run for 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 wheels, respectively. I still need to lower my front coilovers a hair also.

Sup with the 275/285 35 rear and the 245 40 front?
Shouldn't it be 40 front and 40 rear?
My shop also did that. 35 front and 40 year and I can see the rear tires are a bit shorter.

The 40 front and 35 rear is to have matching OD's and OD's close to stock, for those specific wheel specs. A 40 profile rear with my wheel specs would be too tall compared to the 40 profile fronts I have now- the 285/35's on 10.5" rears are within a tenth of an inch overall diameter-wise to the 245/40's on the 9.5" fronts. The 285/40 rears would be about 30mm taller than both the 245/40 fronts and 285/35 rears on it now, so you'd have to run a 45 profile up front to do it right with 40 profile rears (for my wheel specs). If I want to run a meatier setup I'll probably drop to a wider 35 profile front (265/35 maybe) and a 295/30 rear, but then I'd be giving up some sidewall and not sure about the OD and speedo errors running those profiles on 19s, I haven't messed with those specs on willtheyfit.com yet. The 275/35's are a little bit shorter in overall diameter vs the 245/40 fronts so I dig that the 285/35 rears are 1/10 of an inch taller, look more even, and will wear more evenly with the fronts.
IIRC the G37 coupe uses the the "taller" profile front tire due to the weight distribution of the car and in turn to help fight understeer. I'm no Nissan engineer though so don't quote me lol. It is misleading because it's a taller profile up front, but in reality the overall diameter matches front-to-rear.
In response to Leaf_Ninjutsu (forgot to multi quote) my camber is set to -2.1 front and rear currently. Mods, not trying to de-rail the thread and get off-topic.
19” G37S coupe wheels, 8.5” frt, 9” rear with 235/40/19 Goodyear eagle touring frt, and 245/40/19 Pilot a/s 3 rear, no spacers, running ‘08 350z stock springs which equal a 1”drop,
