Clicking noise when I prepare to stop from about 5 to 0mph in M or DS

I ask the dealership mech about this and took them for a test drive, they say thats my throttle body opening and closing . Is this normal? I also here it when I put it in Park.

Just in case I wasn't too clear. Its not a constant clicking noise. It's like one click when I take my foot off the gas at about 5mph.. It never makes this noise in D mode.
