If you haven't done a grounding wire kit, it is a small, inexpensive mod that can be done over a weekend. I built my own grounding kit, covered it with colored PVC mesh sleeves to protect against rubbing, and heat shrank everything.

It's a neat little mod that at the very least adds some color to the engine bay. I was very pleased with the end result.

I think this will be one of my winter projects. Though I think it's going to cost me more to do it than to buy one... I'm either sourcing things poorly, over buying or restocking for when I buy a house in TN or move back to Pittsburgh.

Here's a tip: start with the little details, rather than whipping out the rattle cans. Eventually, the details work their way out to the bigger picture.

I like those, I prefer the countersunk bolts that fit with some anodized color washer though. I have those in my engine bay.

Otherwise known as fender washers. Yep, I have those in various places, too. Personally, I prefer the VMS fender washers over JDM. The edges are beveled, and the screenprinting is on the edge, not the top.

The gunmetal washers are particularly tasty.

Well nothing's set in stone but I'm liking this shade, although this is a blue carbon fiber wrap but the shade is similar. I think it would look pretty nice w/ matte black grill and window trim or maybe the hydro dipped carbon accents.
