Hi all!!
I am kinda new here... I have been ghostin for a while just researching and gathering information. I dont like being that noob that doesnt know ANYTHING!! I use to have a 2005 STI that was built but sold it in Guam. Figured it was time to grow up and get something fancy lol.

So I bought my 2010 G37 X Sedan about 4 months back and have done a few things too it but nothing extravagant such as smoked tailights, debadged... and thats about it so far.

Not too long ago it was caught in a hail storm so it is being repaired so I dont have any pics of it now but I will post some once its done.

I also just ordered the Stillen Gen 3 CAI for it so Im pretty excited about that and also doing a muffler delete. I know it doesnt do anything but make it louder but thats ok. Cant exactly afford an exhaust yet and I think the exhaust tone on these cars are AMAZING!!

Looking forward to learning more and more all the time. So far my research is looking into suspension stuff and doing twin turbos on this beautiful beast down the road.

EDIT: Forgot to add after repairs it will be Subaru World Rally Blue with black roof/grill/mirrors/and trunk lip. Also intalliing Seibon carbon fiber hood and trunk.

 

That is going to be definitely a one unique sedan in that color , ahh can't wait to see pics !

 

Ya.. I have only seen one other in that color and I absolutely love it but it didnt have carbon fiber so this will be epic when its done!

 

Keep us posted and welcome to the G club! The previous owner removed the resonators from my car and it sounded beastly (in a good way). Throttle response felt off but my exhaust also looked like it bottom out more than a handful of times so I'm guessing my car was slammed previously and there was some other damage to the exhaust.

 

oh ok ya I was looking into doing just a muffler delete and maybe cats but im not sure.... no emissions here in south dakota

 

Nice that you're trying a unique paint color, always nice to see something different. I'm planning on doing a matte dark blue wrap next year, still ordering different sample shades to decide what will go best w/ my trim, wheels, etc.

Ya im pretty stoked about it.. once its done ill take some pics of it. After that, let the inflow of mods begin!! On black friday im gonna see if Z1 motorsports has any deals on their GTR push start.... either way im ordering it next friday!!

No way, You actually have seen a G sedan in that color already? hmm that's luck lol. haha I guess the owner of that one also went from an STI to a G then.. in my case next year spring/summer I'm getting a custom full dip job in custom blue like this one here .... unless I change my mind

Thanks but I already got one ordered.... And about the muffler delete I'm not 100% sure as to what I'm going to do exhaust wise right now. I am still doing research.

 

Oh , no I wasnt sarcastic at all I thought you meant you have seen one where you live, I have seen the blue G sedan on carbonsignal's facebook page , it's sick
