Trunk Space?

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a 2012 G37xs coupe.

I'm wondering where you coupe owners (not convertible) keep a cooler when you go away.
Will it fit in the trunk? Back seat? Front seat?
Picture a family size cooler

Thanks,

You can fit it in the backseats, the trunk doesn't have much space, plus it doesn't have much height space in the trunk ... if that makes sense

You'd definitely need to put a cooler of any size in the back seat. The trunk doesn't have a lot of depth due to the spare tire. You can fit quite a bit in the trunk if it's the right shape. It'll swallow a few hundred pounds of sand bags (personal experience). Supposedly it'll fit two golf bags too.

Take the cooler in question with you when you are out looking at cars and try it. That way you will know for sure if "your cooler" will fit or not.

It will fit 2 golf bags, but not as easily as the picture shows.

You could always take out the spare tire, lay down a tarp, and fill the space with ice/drinks!

I suspect that you already considered dropping the rear seats down. Of course, this would work on coolers that are low enough to fit through the seats.
We use smaller coolers in back seat on trips.
Good luck
