The offset on the 19x11 and 19x11.5 will be very crucial.
generally to fit wider tires, the wider the wheel, the higher the offset you need to go to compensate for the poke, to be able to use without negative camber
For front I'm doing 18x10 ET27. I test fit my current rear wheel which is a 20x10 ET30
The rear is where I want to stick to 19x11. I'm thinking ET35 should keep 305/30 tires in the quarter panel.

But since you have room on your current setup with the 10.0" +30 and 285. if you want to match the fitment at the fender, you'll want a 19x11 +47.
Any less offset means it'll move the wheel more outside and poke. If you truly want more poke, the 11.0" +35 will be about 8mm more so you have measure it and visually see on your current 10.0" +30
meaning 11.0" +35 is the same as 10.0" +23
