Need help identifying Q50 wheels and determining if they will fit my G37x

I found these Q50 wheels for sale near me and I was wondering if they would fit my G37X, I think they are 18"x7.5 but I am unsure. Could anyone help me ID them? I dont know the offset.

These are what I have right now, they are 17", 45mm offset. They also look like they came off of a Chrysler Town & Country so I will be happy to swap them out for something else.

I really appreciate any help or insight. Thanks!

Do you have any other images. The #'s on the tire should let you know what size wheels those are and I believe the wheel width would be in grave on the wheel itself behind one of the spokes

No other photos, I would just measure the offset myself but the seller is 2.5 hours away from me and Id like to make sure they will work for me before I make the long drive.

I would ask for more pics if it was me, are you buying new tires as well? Looks like those dont have valve stems so guessing just the wheels are for sale.

Hyper silver, OEM bridgestone potenzas, they have to be 18". The 19"s only came in gunmetal/graphite and have dunlop tires.

Unless he is selling them at an unbeatable price, I would suggest you get some more sporty looking wheels. Those wheels are too plain looking.Try tirerack
