Wheel fitment questions

I daily drive a stock 2011 G37x
Eventually I’d like to upgrade to 18 x 8.5 rims all around without stretching tires. What offsets should I be looking at? Would a +35 offset be too aggressive?
Also eventually would want to lower my car on Swift springs or something similar; about an inch.
I’d rather run less aggressive and not looking to roll fenders or anything. Thanks!

I can’t say for sure that it would work, but I’m running 18x9.5 rims with an offset of +38. The fitment is great on my 09 G37x sedan. I’m also looking at swift springs as well.

How wide are your tires? Is it a square setup? Does it rub?
That would look amazing lowered, those rims fit a red car really well I love it

They are 245 section tires and no rub, although I’ve heard 255s won’t rub either. It is square because I have an X so I didn’t want to mess with the AWD system and potentially damage it. And thank you, I think it looks good too!

275mm tires can fit on the sedan with 9" wheels (like coupe Sport wheels) without rubbing. I get a little rubbing but I'm lowered.

I was looking to run 255's on a 8.5 wheel. Now I'm starting to think that's too much meat for a 8.5

How much lower are you? I'd wanna run square 255 on 9 inch rims all around, lowered about an inch. Do you think that would rub at all?

I doubt 255 will rub as long as you spec reasonable offset.
