G37x sedan 2012 19x9.5 ET40 square on 255 40 19 square

G37x sedan 2012 19x9.5 ET40 square on 255 40 19 square
I have a 2012x sedan and thinking about 19x9.5 ET40, with 255 40 19 square tires. Would this mess with my all wheel drive since its not the same as the oem tire diameter? Or is it okay because it squared with no stagger?
