Staggered or Square

I'm looking to buy new tires and can't decide if I want to go the staggered route or square route. I currently have a square setup Falken Azenis FK510 245/40R19 all around on my car right now but was thinking about going back to staggered but can't decide. I drive my car to work, school, and on weekends my friends and I search for backroads and take curvy roads every now and then. I just don't know what to go for, I like squared because of the grip and how to I can take corners plus the longevity but everyone is saying to go staggered, you know I'm just lost which route I should go for.

A) what size wheels
B) are you after looks or grip while accelerating?
C) are you pepared to accept that you can't rotate staggered?

If you get inside tire wear, you can sort of rotate by dismounting and moving the tires side to side if you go staggered.
