Wheel and tire

I have my G37 lowered. I have 245/40/19 in front and I have 275/35/19 in the rear if I got 19x10.5 +22 would my car sit perfectly on the wheels or would my rear tires poke out too far.

Check out the website willtheyfit.com. You put in the sizes you're running now and the new setup and it'll tell you how far the wheel will poke, if any.
