Thinking about getting TSW Snettertons for my Q60 AWD coupe.

I'm looking to get staggered wheels with the rear wheels having a decent lip, so I'm looking at 19x8 +20 and 19x9.5 +20 with 245/40 up front and 275/35 in rear.

These seem like a good choice for the CV36, is there a reason they aren't seen on our cars more frequently? Too heavy? Wrong offset availability?
