Well, the brand is XIX but I don't see it on their web site.
Oops, there it is. It would seem to be discontinued. Found it in the car gallery but there is no accompanying text identifying the wheels.
Maybe the Internet Wayback Machine can dig up an older version of the web site when those wheels were in production.
