Size/Ride Opinions?

Hello All,

Allow me to introduce myself. My names Giannifranco and I am sort of new here. I currently own a Black G37 2013 with roughly 36,000 miles stock.

I just recently got my grille painted black and I am now looking to upgrade my rims and tires. I currently am running 17inch O.E tires and rims and was looking to move up to 20inch tires but I feel the ride of the veichle may be ****ty which is making me feel 19inch is the better route.
If you are currently running 19s or 20s on your g37 sedan, can you please comment on how you find the drive?

In addition, would it look better with 19inches or 20inches?

Thank you all!

Welcome to the site Giannifranco
I wouldn't consider 20s unless you plan to lower your G, at stock height the 20s don't look quite right. The 20s exaggerate the fender gap to make it appear even larger, it doesn't, but it seems that it does. 19s will be a better look and a slightly better ride, I wouldn't rule out some nice 18s too. I went from 17s to 20s on my lowered 09 G sedan, and went back to 18s, I find the ride and look is a nice combo. Here's a link to my setup

Nice. 18s don't look too bad in regards to wheel space. Personally I hate the wheel space and find it to look unfinished but I don't plan on lowering my G because I do love NYC and let's just say potholes haha

I find tire construction to make as much of a difference as sidewall height. Michelin Pilot Super Sports stick very well yet ride quite nicely.
