In simple terms, yes. Do you have a RWD Sport? If so you need to check if the wheel will clear the front Sport brakes.

I have journey not sport. stock 17" all around. RWD

Any idea if the 19x9.5 +40 will fit with swift springs installed for '13 AWD Sedan? Any spacers or camber needed?

100% fine, and a 255/40/19 will be a great fit all around.
