Sugestion for tire specs

Hi, I still have the OEM suspension and I would like to reduce the gap between the fender and the mag. I currenctly use the recommanded tire spec on 19 inch mags. I would like to know what size of tire I should go with the reduce the gap. If you have photos it would be appreciated. Thank you

coils or lowering springs. taller tires might throw the speedo off and maybe VDS. also taller tires will make you car look lifted.

just get coils or springs.

Plus, taller sidewalls make for sloppier turn-in and softer ride.

I ended up getting some used front tires size 225/45/18. Didn't realize that they were so much different than the 225/50/18. Do you think it would cause any problems with my G?

Std size 245 45 18 Turns out these tires are run flats. I always say no to run flats. My gut was telling me not to even go to this place. I was away for like 5 mins getting cash and they already had two of the tires on my rims. Well hopefully I can tolerate them for a year and get rid of them in 2018.

This is why you have to do the math every time.

You're almost a full inch shorter. While you are not AWD I still wouldn't run them as they could throw off the ABS and other things that are looking for similar tire speeds front to rear.
