Nissan wheels compatible with Infiniti? Here's a chart

Still questing for winter rims. I found what looks like a good deal on some used Nissan wheels. I'm wondering if they are compatible with a G37x 2010. The diameter and bolt pattern look good. Here's a chart that makes them look promising; http://adaptitusa.com/referencebook.htm

If they are 5 lug Nissan wheels they'll work as long as they aren't the wider aggressive Nissan GTR & Z rear wheels (which you wouldn't want for narrow winter tires anyway, lol)
Which wheels are you looking at?

Hey there,
They're listed as 17" x 114.3mm rims. I'm going to contact the seller and try to gather some more information. This is what they look like;

Can we assume the list makes no mention of Akebono fitment?

Yes, I would make that assumption

Those 17" wheels will work ok, if you had the big sport Akebono brakes it would be a no-go, but you'll be ok w/ the base X brakes. I also assume these are 7.5" width, if they are any narrower I would probably pass as a 225/55/17 is a good winter size for your G, and a narrower wheel should also run a narrower tire.

Well it turns out that they are 7" wide. My winter tires are 7.5". The seller assured me that the fit would be fine... What do you think?

That's pretty narrow but just be sure they clear the calipers, they should but a 7" wheel is narrower than anything Inifniti offered on their G lineup. If it's a local sale just do a test fit. You CAN run 225s on them just a bit of a pinch mount, but I doubt you're going to be running hot laps on winter tires

225's were stock width on my stock 6.5" Grand Prix wheels, so putting them on a 7" wheel won't be a problem.

Also looking at these 17" Infiniti rims. They are from a G35 Sedan. The owner says they are 17" x 7". Could he be mistaken? Did they ever make Infiniti rims in a 7" size? Could he be reading the tire width and accidentally reporting it as the rim width?

Hmmm, learn something new everyday, there was a couple 17x7 G35 wheels on the first gen. Here's a list, so yeah, should work out ok.

Stealthee, good to know about that 225 on a 6.5, they are used on quite a wide width range, up to 8.5" on OEM setups so I wasn't sure how narrow you could safely run.

Interested in the rims in this package; They are OEM from a G35x. They are supposed to fit Nissan Altima, MAXIMA 350 Z so I'm assuming they are 7.5" wide. They are listed as 215/55R17. I guess that's a lower profile tire than what the manufacturer suggests (225/55R17). Would you recommend driving on those Pirelii tires or should I just pursue the rims in this package?

If the tires are in good condition and the deal is exceptional I'd run those tires, they will be almost a 1/2" shorter but for a square setup (all 4 wheels/tires the same) that won't be a problem. That narrow 215 will really cut through the snow

I'm going to the seller's place to have a look at them. He wants $400. Anything I should look out for in terms of condition? It's the rims that I'm most interested in.

Check the date codes on the tires, should be 5 years or less IIRC. Look for any cracking of the sidewalls, it happens naturally, just don't want them too deep.
Also look for any edges that don't look true where it meets the tire, inside & out.
