Childish Rant - Beware of Vossen!

These are the most expensive pieces of **** ever made.

I have a set of CV2's on my car right now and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them is bent and irreparable. I got to looking online through various reviews and I'm not the only person who has encountered this problem.

Took them to 2 different wheel repair shops and got the same feedback: they can not be fixed. They are bent from the inside out, not on the rim.

Bends are not covered under warranty -_-

So now I'm out about $2500 because of a poorly made and overpriced product.

Next time I will do more research.

If you have suggestions for new wheels please PM me. I need a staggered set of 20x10.5 and 20x9 for my red coupe.

if they were bent due to road conditions.. ie pothole.. you can document it and file a complaint with your state dot..
was able to do that for new york... it took a while but i got the cost of a replacement wheel and remounting and balancing of tire..

It was absolutely because of that. Indiana's roads are trash right now where I live. They grated out an entire highway entrance ramp and at the end of it there was about a 3 inch difference in grade with now warning signs. I smacked it at 70 mph...but that was months ago and I didn't take pictures of the scene where it happened, I just kept driving.. so I'm not sure I can even file now

I feel that a better quality wheel wouldn't have bent as bad as these Vossen's have.

If cast wheels are more than $300-400 a piece I feel they are overpriced. And they better be top of the line cast wheels (high pressure cast / spun form / etc) at that price range.

$2,500, you can get a set of forged monoblocks from VS Forged in 19" staggered.

20" staggered places you at $2,600 but you do get a full forged monoblock wheel. Had a couple of these sets sold Aston Martin Vantage.

No wheels are indestructible. Blaming the wheels is like blaming a cop when you get a speeding ticket.

Maybe try Rohana, similar price with vossen, but rotary forged.
