Recommendations on affordable but good quality wheels

I have a 09 G37x sedan with OEM 17" wheels. I'm looking to upgrade my wheels to improve the look of my G but I am completely new to the whole process.

From what I've read, I shouldn't have a problem with putting 19" wheels on my sedan as long as they're all the same size, correct? I don't want to use spacers or anything if possible. I would like to just be able to put the new wheels/tires on with no other changes to the car for right now.

If so, what do you all recommend for wheel brands? I'm only looking to spend a couple hundred or less per wheel if that's possible. There are just so many different brands out there though and I have no idea what I should be looking for.

Look for the proper offset. Look for lowest weight within your budget. Your stated target will lead to heavy cast wheels. Enkei is the OE supplier and they offer some nice wheels. You could check the Classifieds here for people selling square set-ups. Craigslist also has deals. Some have gone to the trouble to collect four fronts or four rears from staggered OE Sports sets.

I don't think you'll find any quality wheels to fit your car for $200. Not new. Maybe someone's curb rashed used wheels. You'll need to adjust your budget or your expectations.

And it is a good idea to get wheels where the offset actually fits your car and not use spacers in my opinion, so you're on the right track there.

With judicious tire selection, you can run staggered wheels.

For example, 225/45-19 front and 255/40-19 rear have a circumference difference of 0.22%, well within the necessary tolerance of 1%. Some nice tires come in those sizes. The only down side is you can't rotate them.

I just happen to have set of coupe 19s that I just had powder-coated silver if'n yer intrested. Not $200 each, though.

If you can find some older G35 coupe 19s made by Rays, that's a quality wheel~forged, and lighter weight. These can be found for about $200 each if you happen to be at the right place at the right time. Here's the ones I'm referring to~

Continentals and michellins do well. But I'm not sure what type of continental but they are well liked by most owners

Thanks for all the help and suggestions guys! I knew $200 would probably be on the really low side but I just wanted to get some more opinions since I'm new to all of this. Thanks again!

If you're looking for new, most gravity cast and low pressure cast wheels will range anywhere from $220 - $450 per wheel

Some of the new rotary forged / flow formed / flow forged / spin formed / spin forged wheels out in the market ranges at $400 - $600 per wheel.

Anything after that, we're looking at multi-piece wheels and Forged Monoblock wheels.
