rim protector tires

do the 2011 sedan g37x have tires available to buy that have the raised tires that can protect the rims? any help greatly appreciated

I can tell you that Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position have small rim-protecting lips.

thats awesome, do you know if there are ones with bigger lips or is that the only one you know of?

The Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 has a pronounced lip at the base of the sidewall.

OP - this question is best directed to a tire distributor like Tire Rack. they will likely have knowledge of various tire options to suit your needs.

Just avoid curbs like the plague and you'll be much better off that hoping a thin rubber rib will help

I rubbed a corner once, I think it would have helped if my ex hadn't screamed as I was approaching it. If I had only a 1/4, perhaps a 1/2 inch more...lol. That was with my 330i.
