From the pics below is this enough caliper clearance? Barrel wise. Spoke clearance is more than enough. Not too sure if barrel clearance is too close.

 

Can't tell from the pics, but how much clearance is there? I'd say if there's at least 1/8 to 1/4", you'll be fine.

 

My unscientific guess is somewhere between 1/8" to 1/4"

 

Looks tight but I've seen similar clearance on several vehicles, should have no issues. If it's extra tight at the wheel weights you might take them to a tire shop and have those weights located further back where clearance won't be a problem.
