Toyo T1 Sports, I have a review in my build thread. Wish they had a little more traction from a dead stop for my 4.08s, but other than that they're easily one of the best tires I've ever had. They perform 100% just as well in rain as the do on dry days.

I recommend Goodyear Eagle F1 all seasons.. I have them on mine, nice and sticky when they warm up.. and it doesn't take long to warm up. And Living in Florida.. They do very well in the rain.
my other choice was the Hankooks..

Have had excellent luck with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+. Great wet traction, rides nice, good life, super dry handling etc. Those would be my top pick.

I'll tell you after driving 5 miles I knew I made the right choice getting the pilot sport a/s 3. Not the plus version which warrants $200 extra for 28% better winter traction. The biggest thing I've notice, HUGE, day and night difference are the tires are so quiet that you hear the exhaust more pronounced if that makes any sense. It felt like I installed r2c intakes to improve the exhaust lol. Secondly, it feel like I'm driving a cloud. You can't hear the tires, your car feels lighter and seriously these tires are ahsome!

Anyways I just got these installed today, it's raining now but can't wait to drive it more tomorrow. I recommend them!

I recommend michelin or conti. They both offer dependable all-season tires.

I see no reason to go for an all-season unless you live somewhere with snow/ice. If you're only dealing with rain like said earlier in this thread a high performance summer tire is better than an all-season tire, under all circumstances. All-season should only be used if you live somewhere with winter weather (snow/ice) and even then you're better off actually having snow/studded tires, during the winter.

"If you're seeking replacement tires that will increase traction on wet and damp roads, switch from your original-equipment all-season tires to summer tires."

Here's a good read on Summer performance tires vs all-season in rain conditions.

Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Positions. They performed very well yesterday on my trip to Lafayette, Louisiana, even during a couple of frog stranglers. The only times I had to slow down was once due to limited vision and the other because stupid drivers in Louisiana will slow down and flash their hazards, even when they're in the fast lane. They won't move over. Grrrr.
