It's actually simple really it's brand new bc I bought it and never installed it which makes it brand new lol.... Given that yes it has a few scratches on it and rust transfer marks that can washed off doesn't make it a used item since it's never been used . I blame that on the guy at my shop bc I had the splash shield in my trunk and he decided to place my rotors on top of it rather than under it. Once I got home and opened my trunk to take them out I saw them on top of hthe shield and was so upset but they were only on it for about 15mins and I wasn't besting on the car or anything on a count I had just gotten my new rotors installed. I should've said something but I guess I just thought it was a common sense thing and also didn't think about it due to my excitement over my new set lol
