Wheel/tire sizes on G37x Sedan w/ swift springs
Wheel/tire sizes on G37x Sedan w/ swift springs
I tried to find original 18" 19" Spec for X sedans but it's really hard to find it..
So after some research I found following would be best for car(11 g37x sedan w/ swift springs and 20mm spacers all around)
Option 1) 19" OEM Sport rims (Front only).
Thinking about getting four 19x8.5 Front wheels with 245/40s all around.
Option 2) 19" OEM Sport rims (full)
19x8.5 Front / 19x9.0 Rear wheels with 245/40s all around.
option 3) 18" OEM Sport rims (full)
18x7.5 all around with 225/50s
Since I have swift springs with 20mm spacers all around, I'm not sure which would be the most fitted size for me.
Which set up do you think it will fit the best for my X?
Thank you!

If you still have the OEM 17s, use them for a skinny winter set and get some nice wider summer tires for the rest of the year, you'll be glad you did.
19s FTW, doesn't really matter if they are staggered since it's only 1/2" and the staggered sets are much easier to source.

DRAG DR48 CHARCOAL GRAY 19X8 WITH 5-112 BOLT PATTERN LIKE NEW SET OF 4
do you think this would fit on my car?
Ok.
I'm going to get these anniversary edition 19" wheels next week or so.
19x8.5
19x9.0
Planning to put 245/40 but my question is which direction ahould I do the tire rotation?
Is it even possible?

or non-directional tires, the best you can do is a side to side rotation, or a complete dismount/remount/rebalance to do a true 4 tire rotation.
Is it even effective?
dismount/remount/rebalance tire rotation sounds like an expensive rotation

Maybe I should consider getting same size wheels for ez tire rotation
And yes, the remount option isn't a great one either unless you got a pal that owns a shop
No, side to side would mean just swapping your drivers side front to your passenger side front and vice versa and same in the rear. It isn't too effective but better than doing nothing.

If I do side by side tire rotation, what about the tire direction? Do I just ignore it ? On the tire, there is arrow indicating it's direction. And if I do side by side rotation, the directions for both side would be opposite..

I'm such a noob and I need to calarify..

Just picked up really good condition 19"s with tires for only $600

245s on rear are pretty much useless but 225s on front are in decent shape.
I probably sell the 225s separately and pick up new tires(one of the tires that you suggested, thank you) soon.

I'm still considering trading the 9.0's to 8.5's so I can have square set.. so I can do tire rotations.. haha.. but its hard to find 2x8.5's or 2x9.0's near my area in same condition.
