Offset Question

Hi,

I have a 08 G37 Coupe RWD Base and was wondering if these wheels will fit my car with a flush look. They are 19x9.5 all around with both +22mm offset for front and rear. Is my rear going to be poking out to much? Right now it's on stock suspension but I plan on getting coilovers in the future to drop it as well.

Thanks!

What about 18x9.5 +22 front and 18x10.5 +22 rear? Is the rear to aggressive? I also have 225/50/18 tires all around.

Thanks for the info. What about tire size for 18x9.5 +22 all around? Would 225/50/18 work? Or is it to big of a stretch. What size tires would you recommend? Or should I go with 18x9.5 +22 front and 18x9.5 +30 rear?

Do not go 225 on a 9.5...255 is better

Venom pretty much answered your questions perfectly. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to tire sizes and offsets. Kudos and best of luck with your decision.

Keep us posited with some pictures of your new wheels when you decide to get them.

Thanks and will do.

So I have planned to go with 19x9.5 all around with +30 front and +22 rear. Would this work out? Also should I go 255/40/19 all around or should I get a meatier tire in the rear?

Thanks for the help.

Any reason you want to be squared on a rwd?
I'd go with either a 275 or 285 for the rear...
what wheels are you looking at?

A 225/50 on a 10.5" wheel? I would definitely reconsider. I'd be more concerned with a 9.5" +22 on the front than the rear. I have a 19x9.5" +20 and 255/40R19 on my rear and it fits fine.

A 225/50 stretched on a 10.5" wheel on a RWD car will be like ice skating.

19x10.5" +22 with 255/40 will be a pretty snug fit. The best you can probably pull off would be a 275 width tire, a 285 would require some serious camber or fender mods.

The rims i'm looking at offers 19x9.5 or 19x10.5/11 nothing smaller. Would I be better with a staggered setup? Or will a bigger tire on the rear be fine?

I am looking at some Varrstoen ES6, pretty much a replica of the Work Meisters.

Would a 19x9.5 +30 be better for the front? Would it clear when lowered?

So a 19x10.5 with a 275 would require some camber? Would it be poking and rubbing?
