19x9.5 NON-staggered fitment-offset question

I'd like to go 19x9.5" all around on my G37 Coupe and the particular wheel I'm looking at has three offsets available, +45, +35, or +25. I'd like them flush without rubbing. What I'd like to do is buy all four with the same offset and use a small spacer in the back, if necessary, to get them somewhat flush. This'll allow tire rotation left to right and front to rear depending on what tire I go with.

Tires, I'm looking at PSS in 255/40/19's, the 285's are 28 pounds each and trying to save some weight and dollars as they're quite a bit more expensive in the 285 size. Plus a 285 up front, I'm guessing, is going to have some sort of rubbing issues while making sharp turns.

I won't be lowered more than 1.5" but will depend on final corner weighting. No slamming here.

Thoughts?
