Thoughts on this Oil Catch Can?
Just curious about this oil catch can by Cusco. Has anyone installed this before? Thoughts? Opinions? Necessary/Unnecessary? I cleaned my throttle bodies today and a friend mentioned getting a catch can so here I am.

I have a Mishimoto on my motor but it's a DE and known for the OC issue so this is to help that.
In your case, have you checked your plugs, plenum or valve covers lately? If there's oil getting in those spots...it may be a good idea to look at one.

The only benefit of an oil catch can on our engines is the throttle bodies will go a little longer before they need cleaning, but they will still need cleaning.
There is no performance gain. -AND- you can easily introduce a vacuum leak/check engine light if the lid or hose does not seal 100%. Our engines already have two small "oil vapour" separators.
Direct injected engines do benefit from catch cans, but our cars are port injected.
