I need a pair of winter tires for my Infiniti G37S Coupe from 2008. I found a pair of wheels and tires that were used on a 2012 Audi A6 3.0T for just one winter and have very good tread. I currently have the stock 19" wheels on the car and want to know if these would fit. Here are the specs of the wheels and tires.

That's the wrong bolt pattern, Infiniti uses a 5x114.4 or 5x4.5. Check our classifieds, there's some coupe 18s for a nice price.

If you really want those wheels you'd need a adapter, and your coupe is an S model so you'd have to confirm caliper clearance.
