Yep, 100% the right part #s for your Sport brakes.
Be sure to do a complete fluid flush too, I've had good results from Valvoline Dot 4 Full Synthetic.

ok thanks a bunch, the brake pads come in set of 4 correct? i ordered 1 box for the FRONT and one for the REAR. or i had to order 2 for the front and 2 for the rear? sorry im new into this and i have to work on my g37s honestly i never took good care of it from now on will start working on it.. i feel bad for my car it never let me down..

Yes it does state it sold as sets and 1 for both wheels, you should be good to go, and no problem just make sure you change your oil each intervals most important part
