"Inexpensive" Lightweight Wheels?

Ideally, I would love to be able to put a set of $4k Volks, or something similar, onto the G. But, I just can't bring myself to spend that kind of money.

Are there any quality lightweight wheel brands that don't cost a small fortune?

And by lightweight, I am looking for something that weighs the same or less than the stock 19" Sport wheels.

I would love Japanese, but as long as they are of decent quality, I am happy.

Thanks for the help!

Looking for 20s btw, thanks.

So let me get this right: You want a quality wheel that is 20" that weighs less than a 19" wheel and don't want to pay the cost associated with a forged wheel?

Perhaps if you consider downsizing to 18s then you might find some lower costing lighter wheels, but to upsize and lose weight while not incurring a higher cost may be difficult.

^ Yup, because your criteria is a little unrealistic. But please share if you do find the unicorn.

Light weight and 20's usually aren't mentioned in the same sentence but to answer your question TSW and Forgestar are a few companies that are of good quality and have many wheels that weigh less than if not equal to the oem 19's.

Yeah, I know typically if someone is going for weight savings, then 20 inch wheels would,t make any sense.

But in my case, I'm trying to not increase my wheel weights, and even better, slightly decrease it.

So, if I could at least break even while moving up to 20s, I would be happy.

"Front:
Wheels: 19"x8.5". Cast aluminum. Made for Nissan/Infiniti by Enkei. Weight: 26.5 lbs. Bolt pattern 114.3 x 5 Offset +43

Rear:
Wheels: 19"x9". Cast aluminum. Made for Nissan/Infiniti byEnkei. Weight: 27.5 lbs. Bolt pattern 114.3 x 5. Offset +45"

Looks like these are the numbers I need to be working with.

Quality 20" wheels that are inexpensive and weigh the same or less than OEM 19"? Nope, I don't think they're out there. If you do locate this unicorn, share it with the community.

Inexpensive was supposed to be in quotation marks in the thread title. ("Inexpensive")

However, I ended up putting quotes around the entire thread title...whoops.

I tried to edit the title after I posted, but only the post itself is editable.

So, by inexpensive, I really mean something that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Just can't bring myself to spend $4K on a set of wheels.

And btw, I am finding it fairly difficult to search for wheels by weight. It's not even listed on many(most) sites.

Yeah, forgestar makes pretty good stuff (and so do other companies) so this whole talk of not being able to find something that fits the OP's criteria is a little far fetched.
