TSW. But wanting to upsize without gaining weight...

And the price is decent for forged wheels, priced out about $1300 for 19's (what I would be interested in). 20's still meets OP's criteria for under $1500.

And the best part:
20x8.5 = 23 Pounds
20x9 = 24.7
20x10 = 24.45
20x10.5 = 24.5
Lighter than the stock 19s. Set of 4 = $1,800.
Looks like we found a Unicorn.
You will want to be careful when you select tires as this is often where you will see the weight increase, especially if you go up to 275+ sized rubber. Also, due to the way centripetal force works, this outside mass (tire) will have more of an effect than the inner mass of the wheel.

All Forgestar wheels in similar sizes weight about the same as the TSW rotary forged wheels, with a similar price tag.

Seems tire weights can vary a great deal. 20 pounds to 30 pounds (rough average)....big difference.
Looks like Tire Rack lists tire weights under specs.
Those TSWs are a nice choice for the price, the rotary forged process is not a true forged wheel but a further enhanced casting process similar to flow formed technology, both are a better choice than low pressure castings since the weight is further reduced but retains strength. Makes the wheels easier to clear big calipers since the barrels/spokes don't need to be as thick as low pressure castings.
Should rename this thread "the great unicorn hunt"

PSS are hard to beat for weight... and performance. I wanted all season tires and my 255/35R20 Continental DWS tires are very reasonable in weight and are lighter than the competition. The Tire Rack specs were very helpful in my decision making process.
Enkei RPF-1's are usually very light and cheap, but I don't think they come in 20", the largest is 19". But it shouldn't be hard to find a wheel out there that weighs less than 26lbs. Certain OZ wheels are pretty light, and SSR's are too. All of these would come in cheaper than your typical forged BBS, Volk, etc.
I ended up with the 19" SSR GTV03 wheels and lost a pound or two on each wheel.
Really like the way they look and they seem to be good quality Japanese wheels.
These are also "rotary forged" - talk about putting a marketing spin on it!
To me, being forged involves hammers...
Alas, these wheels are only made up to 19 inch. Grabbing my Remington 7mm and going unicorn hunting!

I was trying to get the same wheels but in the end the manufacturer could not deliver. I waited for a month and then was told they could not specify a shipping date. I found another unicorn in Forgestar CF5V's and expect them in 4-6 weeks. Going with 245 on front and 285 on rear.

I went with Matte Gunmetal. My car is Plat Graphite and I was torn between that color or matte black. Its hard to choose a color without getting to see it in person but Brad (blnewt) thinks I made the right choice. Worst comes to worst, I can always get them repainted in the future.
These do look pretty good are worth looking into, but the wheel weights are definitely BS:
20x8.5 = 23 Pounds
20x9 = 24.7
20x10 = 24.45
20x10.5 = 24.5
Not possible for 20x10 to be lighter than 20x9 and 20x10.5 to be lighter than both lol.
