Can I just bolt 20mm spacers on

and go?

Thinking H&R. 20 mm about right to keep tire inside of well?

Same front and rear?

Retighten after 100 miles?

NO alignment needed?

Yep, recheck torque after 100 miles and every tire rotation.

Did you mean a suspension alignment?

If so, NO, you do not need to realign the suspension.

Running 20mm all around. No problems, it might look awkward if not lowered tho.

Hmmmmnnn. Awkward? Wasn't aware of that.
Beachman, does the G look awkward?

I've run spacers on other cars and as long as the wheels are kept inside of the wells, I have never noticed anything unusual. In fact on must cars, you are just aware that it looks good, but you are not exactly sure why.........

I remember seeing a Beetle once that had the wheels slightly outside the wells and it did look "awkward".......that seemed to be a fad many moons ago.

I am not planning to lower the car, My days of figuring the angle of attack are over, I just want to drive the thing.
(Probably an over reaction caused by the fact that i overdid a Tbird Supercoupe and couldn't get over most speed bumps and had a difficult time with driveways. Nothing as exciting as having somebody following you into a gas station and suddenly you yank the wheel one way or the other and slow down to approx 1.2 MPH........LOL!)

Does someone have pictures of what the car looks like with 20 or 25 mm spacers on stock suspension?
