19" OEM Wheels - will the 245's fit in front?

Folks

I love the 2011 19" OEM wheels. Makes the Shadow Graphite G37 coupe look great!

The question I have is, will the 245/19" wheels fit on the front?

What I'm contemplating is getting a set of 225/19" for the back tires and have 225/19" on all for corners and sell the 245/19s for someone who wants a square setup using the larger tires.

I dont need the staggered look, I dont need the extra performance (51 and getting older) and I'm guessing the handling wont suffer b/c I hardly push it past .5 G's in the corners.

thoughts?

Run 245/40/19s all around, 225s all around wouldn't be a good plan IMO.

I thought about that, but 225s are standard on the 17", 18" wheels, so it cant be that bad running 225/19" all around. I'd prefer that method over the wider version (may be easier to sell the bigger ones too).

My goal is not performance related, but ability to rotate/prolong tires while keeping the looks of the 19" wheels. There's no aftermarket 19"s that come close to looks of these.

Blnewt, you think 255/40 could fit up front?

I know for a fact 245 fits....another 10mm should still do right?

I may have misunderstood your original post. Are you wanting the narrower front wheels on all 4? If that's the case, then yes, by all means you can run the narrower 225s all around and be able to do a true rotation. If you want to put the 225s on the rear of a staggered set I wouldn't recommend that plan as the 9" rear wheel would be a stretch mount for a 225, just barely but still worth considering, also you wouldn't be able to do a true rotation (without having to dismount/remount tires).

Chili, the 8.5" is the minimum recommended width for a 255/40/19 so you'd just squeeze in there

Yes, I want 225s/19" on all 4 corners to enable rotation front to back. Sell the 245's and replace them with 225s.

Thx for the response. May look into selling them next.
