Best psi pressure in tires for launches

I have a 2011 Infiniti g37 sedan with michilene premium sports tires stock size. I was wondering what would be the best psi to set my tires to for best launches. I have lowered my car like a inch if that makes a difference. My friend said to do a little more psi in the back than the front. What do you guys think? Weather is around 30-45

I have heard of lowering pressure to 25psi, but it really depends on the track preparation. Also heard that sway bars and being lowered a bit also helps.

well it all depends on track conditions and elevation etc...but alfredo is correct in that youd want to lower the psi usually. The lower the psi the softer the tire becomes and becomes a little more grippier sorta speak. Raising the psi will make your tires harder and thus equal to more tire spin. OP you in RWD or X? X you should be able to launch out the hole better, none the less have fun and report back with your times

Lol I heard lower in the rear. At least thats what Ive done when Ive gone to the track. Lower gives you a better contact patch while more reduces it.

Hmm didn't think to lower the psi when I went two weeks ago. I always ran 44psi on my STI to get a little wheelspin to keep from breaking axles. My times with stock pressure on my G37xs coupe were consistent 13.7's wonder if I could've gotten better times if I lowered them.
