How can I get these wheels? Are there tire exchanges?

Gee37S's post about his winter setup are the exact tires I want.

Here's the thread:

How can I go about getting these? Name of those tires (or similar ones)? I have stock 17" wheels/tires that are in decent condition. Are there any tire swaps in Saint Louis? All I know of is places that sell them...

Thanks! I really want to upgrade to 18" and nicer looking wheels!

I doubt you'll find any place that would swap your wheels/tires for 18s. Best bet is go here to see a large selection of 18" wheels that will fit your G.

Once you enter your vehicle info you'll notice the second row has silver Advantis that look similar to the ones in that thread you like. For an 8 to 8.5" rim I would run 245/45/18 tires.
Here's those rims at Treadepot

Thank you so much. This info is so helpful. What should I do with my old wheels? No tire/wheel exchanges around? You'd think that'd be a pretty popular business. I'd also have to be educated on how to install them and lower my car. I guess I could hit up a local tire dealership and pay them for installation. Thanks again! As you can tell, I'm not very knowledgeable with cars.

As far as the old wheels, you can post them for sale on the classifieds here, the stockers don't sell for a lot so often it's best just to store them and put them back on when you sell your car and then resell your aftermarket rims. You'll also need to transfer your TPMS sensors to the new wheels.
