best tires

i have 19 inch sport rims. what are the best tires (brand,size etc) i can get for these rims. i ordered the fortune 500 coilovers, so i would like a good low profile tire that is going to hold up a and look sexy. thanks guys/gals

So you want the best tire for looks, not performance? Also, price is a huge factor.

Nothing performs better than Michelin pilot super sports but they are on national back order right now. No eta but I can't wait because I'm going out of town this weekend so I'm getting Michelin AS3 instead. As for sexy look... um, I don't know anyone who looks and says, "you got sexy *** tires!". Good luck, let us know what you decide.

The search function doesn't work very well IMO. I actually get much better results just searching via Google. Often the top links are actually back to this site. Using the built-in one is meh.

When you search, if you click the web and images tab, it gives you the same thing google gives you (redirecting you back to this site) if I'm not mistaken.

Give these a look, very good performer and hard to beat for the price. My buddy has them on his C6 Vette and they grip & rip!

Sorry to tell you,but not very many enthusiasts buy tires for "looks".
Having said that, I am really happy with my Hankook Ventus V12 Evos. If you want to price and performance compare, go to tire rack.com, and start reading reviews.

You might want to check out Yokohama YK580 "orange oil compound" tires, performance,
style and mileage. They are little less than Michelin PSS, but what impress me was the
mileage warranty. I won't need tires for about a year, but I think I will go with these.
I live in SoCal and you can check them out at Discount/America's Tires website or
Yokohama website. Just my 0.2 cents and I just want good value for my money.

The Michelin Pilot Super Sport (PSS) is the very "best" high performance tire currently available.

Michelin PS2's are original equipment tires on sports cars like the BMW M3, Porsche 911 and Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. A bit of an upgrade from a bottom of the barrel tire with a mad sick tread pattern yo.
