I been searching google trying to find someone that has a G37 Sedan with those OEM 19" Q50 rims but wasnt able to return any results.

By chance has anyone seen this setup and perhaps have a picture to share?

They have an extremely high offset (+50?) and would look very sunk in. I think that is one of the biggest reasons no one has done it yet. I like the design and with a large spacer they could look great.

 

I saw a picture floating around somewhere here. Widths and offsets are the same as the factory G sedan wheels. You'd be better off getting something with a bit lower offsets, slightly wider, or both if you bother changing wheels.

 

I think I know which picture you're talking about. He has the optional 19" chrome Q50 rims, which looked pretty good. I'll see if I can find it.

Not my cup of tea... at least in stock form. If lowered with spacers, then yes.
