To get a tighter fit (minimal poke) you're really going to need to drop on coilovers or one of the deepest spring drops. I wouldn't go w/ springs designed for the X, the spring rates & lengths are setup for those specific vehicles. The deepest spring drops would be Tein S-Techs (not H-Techs) and H&R springs. Keep in mind your camber also needs to be heavy (in the -2.5 to-3 range) to have the fit of the gray sedan, this will require aftermarket camber arms. The heavy camber will result in rapid tire wear so it's a tough thing to pull off without drawbacks.
If you keep your car as is and drop on mild springs like Swift or Eibach and you hit a big bump you may do serious fender damage as the tires won't tuck into the fender wells like they will w/ heavy camber. Wish I had an easy fix but there really isn't one

Angel, you might want to consider flipping those wheels to someone who is willing to drop their fender right to the lip, with zero gap and the tires tucked under the fender. If that person is in Brooklyn, well then they're braver than most.

What you've got there... that looks absolutely ridiculous. Come on, man. Snap out of it.

Good for you. It's disappointing, because those InCurve wheels are beautiful, and you were probably super excited when you got them. Shouldn't be too hard to sell, because there's no shortage of young guys eager to work with wheels at those specs.

Good luck, angel.

Good luck, angel.
Especially the coupes, they're already set up to accommodate more aggressive offsets so finding a buyer shouldn't be too tough. Sorry Angeljr that they didn't work out the way you hoped but the work involved to make it happen would be quite involved

That's much better, and when the tires wear down you can go wider on the tires for a more aggressive look, something like a 245/40/19 front and 285/35/19 rear would look & fit nice on your G. Nice wheels BTW. Those wheels will be a bit inside the fenders so you may want a set of spacers to bring them out, but will work just fine w/out them, much better than the situation w/ the InCurves.

Meh design, meh finish, tires don't look right... but a much better quality wheel, and a more realistic fitment.

Newt has been giving you great advice, BTW.

I like the design, w/ nice centercaps I think they'd look better, can't deny the quality of the Rays.

So would these fit better on a coupe (stock without any drop/suspension work) and bolt right up?

Might be interested in them
