Volks TE37 18" 9.5/10.5 +22 all around for 08 G35 Sedan

Hi fellas ..

Volks TE37 18" 9.5/10.5 +22 all around ..

Does it work for a 08 G35 4dr ?! Lowered on Eibach sport springs already.
Could of gone with "19 but love that aggressive concave face on the "18 TE37s

Anyways, lemme put it this way, what's the lowest offsets i can go with 18" 9.5/10.5 fitted on a 08 G35 4dr before they stick out too much ?! Sedans fellas .. What lowest offsets you went with your "18 TE37s ?! And in what width was that ?!

See..i'm just looking for the possible closest TE37 concave look on my sedan without fenders roll whatsoever, so i would really appreciate your help.

look at this coupe for example, i never seen such beautiful fitted TE37s in such amazing concave look, now thats what i want for my sedan but not sure how to maintain that fitment
In fact, i've seen many Coupes n sedans with TE37s but none has sparked my interest as much as this one , now this is the car that made me fall in love with These wheels

Those look great I must admit, about the best looking 18s on the planet IMO.
As far as sedan fit it depends on a few things, are you going for a zero-gap drop similar to the pictured coupe? What tires sizes are you wanting to run, a stretched, slightly stretched or regular fitment? Are you going to run camber to get the aggressive offsets to fit? The 9.5/10.5 +22 is a popular coupe setup but really aggressive for the sedan. I'd be more inclined to go more conservative w/ 9.5 +40 and 10.5 +45 running 245/285 stagger. Keep in mind the front fender isn't rolled like the rear so having a bit more relief in the front spacing is a good plan if you're dropped to zero gap. FWIW I'm dropped to zero on coils and am running 8.5+40/10 +45 245/295 staggered (20" rims). Click on "my garage" for pics of the stance & fit.
Hope you can get the fit you want w/ the offsets available, those are nice looking wheels that should look great on your G

I'm seriously considering 18's now to get that thick tire profile. That kind of wheel/tire setup just looks fast.

Thanx for your response
Glad u liked those wheels on that coupe ( even if it's not mine )
Wheels are just superb with that concave look in bronze finish, matching the black exterior in a breathtaking way! I salute you sir!

Now.. Answering your questions:

-No i'm not going for zero gap drop, car already dropped with Eibach springs so there is something like 2 fingers gap, sorry forgot to what inches that Eibachs drop our cars
- Regular fitments tires.
- i can run with cambers, so thats a yes.

Hope this help for some suggestions

Nope, don't do it. Way to aggressive for the sedan without stretching, slamming and adding a lot of neg camber. Those specs and 18's will not look good unless execution is perfect...

Do they have offsets available to get that fit, or are the +22s the least aggressive they offer in the 18s?

My current setup is at 19x9 +25f and 19x10 +25r which has lead me to determine what my ideal fitment for stock fenders (meaning the look that I would like the most) would be around 9.5 +24 to 26f and 10.5 +30 to 32r. This would require like -2 camber all around and maybe a slight stretch.

9.5 +22f should be able to work fairly easily with negative camber and a slight stretch.

10.5 +22r can be done but you will need more stretch/negative camber and/or a slight fender pull.

^ Ok guys before i comment on yours, i kno what stretch tires are.. but i don't know the purpose behind them and i don't know if it's some kind of a process that you perform to make them stretched , or are they already available in shops under some certain of name/size ..etc , plz pardon my ignorance as i'm not that much into wheels/tires stuff.

it means putting a smaller tire on the wheels, like putting a 225/35/18 on a 18x9.5 wheel instead of like the average 245-255/35/18, it helps with the tire rubbing on the fender

A mild stretch would be a tire that's recommended for an 8" rim that's put on a 9" rim, while a serious stretch would be putting that same tire on a 10.5" rim, it can get crazy to the point where you're basically putting a rubber band over your rim. This also leaves the rim edge exposed to curb damage w/ no tire there to protect it. It's definitely something that takes commitment to pull it off properly and some tire brands are preferred for the "stretchability".

O i see, thank you guys ..
any other downside of doing this apart of exposing the lips for damage ? any hazard of getting those ripped while driving or something ? cuz u know.. they are stretched and are in abnormal fitments!

Also I'm going to post some photos of some sedans that are running with TE37s in conservative fitment so we can start from there ( I'll post their fitment figures too ), or if you find them looking good as they're, then plz tell.. thank you.

Here we go:

^
19x8.5 +28F
19x9.5 +34R
Tires: 265/30 and 245/35
conservative fitment that the guy didn't has to modify anything.

Another sedan but with LE37 ( almost as the same as the TE37s ):

Conservative fitment ( Just like above but with +29 in front ) :
19x8.5 +29
19x9.5 +34

what do you think ? how can i play with these numbers to get maximum aggressiveness look without mod ? just to recall, i'm dropped with Eibach springs already and may go for mild stretching if needed.

Awaiting for your valuable opinions ..

Ok .. I think i figured out the fitment:

19X9.5 all around.
but still studying on the offsets ..

based on that black Sedan on the three pictures above, what offset do you recommend ? rears seem to be ok with that +34 ( or can i go a lil lower, need them to stick exactly along with the fender's edge ).

how about fronties ?!! especially i jumped from 8.5 to 9.5 now.. what offset do you suggest ? thx in advance
