I have. G37x(12k miles) with 17" wheels and tires and wanted to upgrade to third party 18" wheels. Would that void my car's warranty if something broke down.

I haven't been able to get a clear answer out of my dealer.

Any comments?

You'll be fine as long as your new tire diameter is within +/- 3% of your oem size.
