2010+ Sedan Sports w/Bbk and aftermarket wheels.. HELP

Those with sedan sport with bbk and aftermarket wheels, did you HAVE to roll or cut fenders and add spacers just to put 20s staggered. I want to avoid doing any rolling or cutting of fenders if possible. My near future plan is to lower on eibach pro's. What wheels do you guys have or where can I find wheels that will fit w/o modifying fenders. Ive only had the car a month and this is becoming annoying

LM (BBS) style 20x9 +15 & 20x10.5 +20 245/275 tires (roll of cut front fender)
TSW Zolder 20x8.5 +35 & 20x10 +42 245/275 (salesman said they SHOULD clear but wasnt 100% sure) Car is on stock suspension.
