Annoying ticking noise Driver side

I recently realized that as I drive there is this annoying ticking noise coming from I believe the tires or brakes of the driver side of my car. Almost sounds like there is something sticky under one tire and as it touches the floor and releases it makes a noise or like a card being put between a bikes tire and letting the spokes make that ticking noise. Anyone know what this is caused from? Im guessing a bad break job? Thank you.
