after market fitment question

Hey i have a 2011 G37x coupe . I have been going back and forth with a place called wheel pros and the package they have set up for me is the Niche millan 19x9.5 all the way around (im AWD) and they have a 35 offset. he says with 245/40/19 these will fit good. Anyone know the truth to this. I also got the Tein S.tech springs for the G. Before I buy I just want some input. Im a paint and body guy. I know nothing on offsets and wheel fitment. im only wondering because one place online with there automated fitment check says they dont fit. I usually do not trust those though

Yes that will fit no problem. However it will be a little sunk still. Might have to run a 10mm spacer for a more flush fitment
